This has been a miserable time for the business. The unemployment rate rises and my sales decline. It's quite the challenge to keep everything together.
My message today is this: If you have a job and are not broke, we need you to get back into your routine. Have some confidence that things are going to get better and it's OK to spend some money at your local businesses. Lack of consumer confidence will hurt us more than anything else right now. And oh by the way, the banks still aren't there for us and we're hustling like crazy.
